monday motivation

so I finally get a week of early shifts and all my work days together which means I get a four day weekend 🙂

So this week I want to make sure I

go swimming at least once its been far too long and I’m determined to start getting into a fitness routine again.

take a decent length walk I love walking as an opportunity to think and really clear my head but I tend to only walk if I am trying to get somewhere so I want to walk just for the sake of walking
